I Was Diagnosed With Cellulitis Under My Right Breast About

I was diagnosed with Cellulitis under my right breast about 2 weeks ago. I was started on Bactrim DS but after 4 days the symptoms got worse. So the ER put me on Keflex and Cleocin x 10 days. About 2 days into those meds my abscess started draining yellowish-brown pus on its own and did that for 3 days straight. Now the draining, redness and most of the pain is gone but now I have a huge as in the length of my hand
lump under my right breast where the cellulitis was...is this still infected...what could the lump be?
