I Was Diagnosed With Diverticulitis On Monday. Since I've Been

I was diagnosed with Diverticulitis on Monday. Since I've been home I haven't had a bowel movement. My diet has been liquids. I have passed small amount of gas and belched, rarely. Im not having pain. I am having slight nausea, even with nausea med. Im on antibiotic. My urine has a slight tanish color tonight. is this all normal? No fever that i know of. 98.2 but I drunk water about 15 min ago. Does this all sound normal? Do I need to give it a while for meds to work? If i spike a fever i'll go back to ER.
