I Was Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia But It's Been Quite Bad

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia but it's been quite bad lately. I've read about the symptoms of Lyme disease and I think I could have it. I have all the symptoms and developed a skin rad on one of my fingers about one month ago and I still have it. My pain shifts all around my neck, shoulders and upper back and I take four Percocet a day just to get thru the day. I can stay in bed in excess of 14 hours and still have problems keeping my eyes open. I live in Canada so how do I get tested?
