I Was Diagnosed With H Pilori And Am On Amoxicillin,

I was diagnosed with H Pilori and am on Amoxicillin, Biaxin and Omeperzole. I am having yellowish colored stools, very soft, and pain in my upper abdomen under my ribs which radiates to my shoulder blade area. Could this be a side effect of the meds or something else. I do not have my gall bladder.
