I Was Diagnosed With HPV 4 Years Ago After A

I was diagnosed with HPV 4 years ago after a a pap came back abnormal. When they went to so the coloscopy on me, they didn't see anything on my cervix. I told the doc I could feel a bump on my cervix, but doc still didn't see it. I was told not to worry too much about it, that most of the time if there was something it would clear up on its own but they just needed to keep an eye on it so I was scheduled to come back every 3 mos for check up( instead of every 6, because I have hep c, weaker immune system). I was taken off my dad's insurance and I haven't been back yet. Now the bump has grown 20 times its size, I have a white discharge, my cervix feels like it has moved closer to the front and instead of being able to evenly move my finger around my cervix , I can only do that with half my cervix and the other half is almost level with the wall on the inside of my vagina. I have also been having a ton of mucua on my stool and I'm not sure why. When I have to go pee, I have no forewarning, I have to go NOW or I'm going to pee my pants. Can u tell me how bad of shape i might be in?
