I Was Diagnosed With IDC In July 2015. I've Gone

I was diagnosed with IDC in July 2015. I've gone through all my chemo/radiation treatments, and just had my first post-cancer mammogram on my breast a week ago. Now I'm having intense pain, sometimes shooting through my entire breast, to the point where I don't even want to put on a bra. I cannot sleep on that side either. Should I be concerned?
