I Was Diagnosed With Isthmus-Hypertonic Sphincter. My Doc Says I

I was diagnosed with Isthmus-Hypertonic Sphincter. My doc says I am having muscle spasms in my colon and it very hard to sit for any length of time on a hard surface. I do not have any hemorrhoids or fissures and have had a complete examination of the area. He says I may need to have a specialist do a digital massage once a week to release the tightened muscle. I can't find any thing on the net about this condition could you send me a link to any info you may have on this matter. Thank you Robert Hammond
