I Was Diagnosed With Lyme Disease And A Wheat Allergy

I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and a wheat allergy close to 6 months ago I was treated for the Lyme disease placing it dormant. However I have insomnia headaches exhaustion no appetite 40-50 ish pounds of weight loss in a 4 month period. I've always loved to eat always been a small person but never dealt with loss of appetite and extreme weight loss and now trying to keep weight on. I don't know if when I was dealing with Lyme disease for 6-7 months untreated I became lazy from sleeping but weight loss is concerning me.
