I Was Diagnosed With Medullary Thyroid Cancer About A Year

I was diagnosed with Medullary Thyroid Cancer about a year ago. Had thyroid removed and just know have developed pressure in my ears and neck and a very raspy voice. Having a hard time swallowing at times also. This is very disturbing because the doctor hasn't been able to find what the cause is.
