I Was Diagnosed With Morton's Neuroma By A Podiatrist Months

I was diagnosed with Morton's neuroma by a podiatrist months ago, but I have no pain. It has not improved. Both feet are affected. I have to be careful walking, since bending over or turning quickly can make me unsteady. I have a history if sciatica and lower back spasms .and am wondering if it is something other than Morton's.
