I Was Diagnosed With Parkinson's In 2007 And Am Taking

I was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2007 and am taking carbidopa-levodopa 25-100 twice daily (8 am and 3 pm) along with requip XL 8 mg twice daily. For the last month I have had a pronounced increase in my symptom. My doctor said I could add a half pill when my symptoms are interfering in what I'm doing.
Can I add the half pill every day?
