I Was Diagnosed With Serotonin Syndrome A Few Days Ago.

I was diagnosed with Serotonin Syndrome a few days ago. My skin burns and I feel horrible. I had relief for a few days after I went to the ER and had an IV with Ativan (lorazepam). After a few days the skin burning has returned and I feel horrible. I have been taking an antihistamine, Cyproheptadine to block the Serotonin for 2 days but it does not seem to be helping.

What has anyone else used to get rid of this?
