I Was Diagnosed With Sinus Infection Last Friday And I

I was diagnosed with Sinus infection last Friday and I am taking Arithromycine but my progress is very slow. I have been having difficulties breathing through my nose and coughing intermittently. What else can I do to alleviate these symptoms?
