I Was Diagnosed With A Giant Hepatic Hemangioma In 2011.

I was diagnosed with a Giant hepatic hemangioma in 2011. At the time I had severe pain in abdomen, since then it has not been a problem. Recently I am experiencing the same pain, fullness after little food or drink. I was told at the time that it could not be resectioned because it was being fed by the hepatic artery, I think its the left lobe (can't remember exactly) What are the treatment options.
