I Was Diagnosed With A Staph Infection On Scalp Back

I was diagnosed with a Staph infection on scalp back in November and I still have a few residual lesions. The problem I'm having is chronic head pain (no relief) until I get to sleep. It is 24/7 and I also have a very loud ringing in my head and my pain levels remains at a 10, 99% of the time. The places on my scalp started first and then the noise and pain in my head started a month later. Could these two be connected?
