I Was Diagnosed With A Bicuspid Aortic Valve But Nothing

I was diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve but nothing was really explained to me about this condition. Is it safe to do cardio exercises or should that be avoided? Will this eventually need treatment and which symptoms should I watch for to know if I'm digressing? Also my hands and feet are almost always cold to the touch (even in the summer)...is that related to my heart valve condition? Thanks for some guidance :)
