I Was Diagnosed With A Case Of Enterobacter. The Test

I was diagnosed with a case of enterobacter. The test was a nasal swab. I've not been prescribed an antibiotic but a nasal application of muprocion (spelling?). Doctor says not to worry. Is it ok if I held a baby last week? I hadn't yet been diagnoses and kept my hands very clean with Hibiclens and purell and didn't touch my nose.
