I Was Diagnosed With A Kidney Infection Late Wednesday. I

I was diagnosed with a kidney infection late Wednesday. I was prescribed Cipro due to some drug alleries. I am 35 yrs old, also diagnosed with Lupus (SLE), RA, and Fibromyalgia.
As of this moment I only have 2 Cipro left, but I seem to feel worse than before. Super uncomfortable back pain, malaise, trouble sleeping, no appetite, nauseous off and on.
I plan to call my family dr tomorrow. But do I need more than an antibiotic by mouth? Or just a longer course? Or is something else brewing?
