I Was Diagnosed With A Minor Aneurysm. It Has Resolved.

I was diagnosed with a minor aneurysm. It has resolved. That was about 6 months ago. I have been having spikes in blood pressure. Ststolic usually around 135 and diastolic, at least 85. My pulse atays around 90-100. I have migraine history, but lately the piercing pain has come back. Same side(left). Today I felt my pressure rising, my left ear hot and the left side of my neck is aching as if I slept on it wrong. A small amount of blurred vision in the left eye? Should I worry? I am 39 almost. I should mention that the blood pressure has only recently been an issue(less than a year).
