I Was Diagnosed With A Parathyroid Adenoma Approximately 2cm In

I was diagnosed with a parathyroid adenoma approximately 2cm in size in April 2016, after I was initially diagnosed with a thyroid nodule. I have had labs done in April, July, and October. PTH went from 57 to 27. I am currently taking 1450mg of calcium daily since July and serum calcium is 8.9 and 24 hour urine calcium is currently 12 and was 14 in July. I am also taking Vitamin D2 50,000 weekly and my vitamin D level started out at 19 in April and is currently 29. I am concerned that my calcium is not increasing and Vitamin D is still low. Do they recommend to only watch these adenoma and continuing do lab work and is surgery recommended?
