I Was Diagnosed With A Spider Bite On My Left

I was diagnosed with a spider bite on my left buttocks in May of this year which necrosed. Went to the wound clinic for treatment. I still suffer pain and swelling on that side even the the quarter size wound is healed over. They say the pain us because it is still healing. I am having other symptoms like muscle pain, nerological pain, pain in joints ect. Family told me it could have been a tic bite. Very worried about this.
