I was diagnosed with a yeast infection last Thursday and she also saw a type of bacteria that she sent to a lab. They gave me Zithromax and Diflucan and I took both as prescribed and have had hardly any improvement. I don't have insurance so it's hard to go back again and get another exam. I recently changed my body wash to one that is scented and has microbeads and am wondering if maybe that is causing the itching and irritation to linger after the meds should have worked
