I Was Diagnosed With Acute Vaginitis Can Bacterial Vaginosis Following

I was diagnosed with acute vaginitis can bacterial vaginosis following a course of Augmentin to clear strep throat. I was prescribed Flagyl and Diflucan. I have taken extra strength Tylenol but the edema and discomfort are hard to bear. Cortisone creams burn and are not soothing. Is there anything else I can do?!
