I Was Diagnosed With An Abdominal Hernia Slightly Above My

I was diagnosed with an abdominal hernia slightly above my belly button about 2 months ago. It was smaller than a quarter and doctor said let's jut keep an eye on it for the next few months. Recently that area does not hurt or is not very tender but I have noticed some bloating about 2-3 inches below my belly button. Could the hernia had moved to a lower area ?
