I Was Diagnosed With An Inner Middle And Outer Ear

I was diagnosed with an inner middle and outer ear infection. I went back to the doctor after the antibiotic I still had no hearing. They said there is white cauliflower material on the ear drum, they recommended a steroid and ENT. I took the steroid, still have no hearing, I have had a dry cough for 3 weeks and now the back of my neck is sore and achy. Something does not seem right
