I Was Diagnosed With An Upper Respiratory Infection Two Weeks

I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection two weeks ago. Had a fever of 102 for four days and felt like I got hit by a truck. Felt much better after fever went away but ive had this cough. Ive been coughing up so much mucus for the last two weeks to the point where it makes me throw up because I cannot stop coughing. I'm getting no sleep at all. Please help
