I Was Diagnosed With Antiphospholipid Syndrome In 2008 When DX

I was diagnosed with antiphospholipid syndrome in 2008 when DX with R eye uveitis. Then I developed Ischemic Colitis 2 yrs later. I am 60 suffering with severe headaches in the am upon wakening for at least 3 yrs now. In 2003 I had spinal fusion w Titanium rod implants, cages and hardware T2 - S1 due to a rapidly progressive scoliosis stenosis and multiple disc degeneration with
Spondylithysis. I've developed severe cervical arthritis now. I'm in constant pain. Pain Mngmnt wants to do Botox injections to relax the muscle spasms to reduce the neck pain and headaches. Is it safe to use with this hx?
