I Was Diagnosed With Atrial Fibrillation. Cardizem Brought Me Back

I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation. Cardizem brought me back to normal within a day. I will be on cardizem, 120 mg daily. In reading various info about use of the drug, I get mixed messages on use of alcohol while taking cardizem.. What are the reasonable (or definitive) limits on my alcohol use while on Cardizem? I believe it will be for the foreseeable future. I am male, 71, and in otherwise excellent health, active athletically. Thank you.
