I Was Diagnosed With Brain Seizures On My Right Side

I was diagnosed with brain seizures on my right side and now I have speech problems. I am on seizure medication and I was getting really bad headaches so my Neurologist determined I was having seizures. I don't have convulsions I just get the really bad headaches and I get stroke like symptoms that effects the right side of my body. This has happened to me twice now, that's when my Neurologist determined this last time I was admitted in the hospital I was having seizures on the right side of my brain. Is the medication Trokendi XR a good seizure medication and will my speech come back to normal. Please let me know. Thank you very much.
