I Was Diagnosed With Bronchitis Thursday Of Last Week And

I was diagnosed with bronchitis Thursday of last week and the doctor prescribed me cough syrup and antibiotic, I had to go to the emergency room Saturday night due to a severe headache. I felt somewhat better last week, but it seems Thursday I started feeling bad again like chest pains, shortness of breath and migraines. Tonight I am very nauseated. Should I return to the doctor?
