I Was Diagnosed With Bursitis In Elbow Over A Month

I was diagnosed with bursitis in elbow over a month ago. I also had a TSH level of 9.71 at that time. Last week I got a call from my spine specialist saying there was arthritis I'm my right shoulder. I have been experiencing moderate to severe pain in my ankle and knees as well. Could these things be related or is everything just happening at once? All of this is occurring on my right side.
