I Was Diagnosed With Cauda Equina July 7, 2015. I

I was diagnosed with cauda equina July 7, 2015. I was hospitalised for 22 days, which includes 11 days in the hospital and 11 in a hospital rehabilitation. As well, I went through 2 months of physical therapy. I still have dizzy spells, often feelings of imbalance. How long will it take to recover? The doctor just keeps telling me it will take time. I did not have surgery. It was caught in time.
