I Was Diagnosed With Cellulitis On My Back About 2

I was diagnosed with cellulitis on my back about 2 Months ago I took the antibiotics the absecces went away then reoccurred in different spots I've had about 7-9 now.i only went to the er the one time .i too have acne on my back and chest area ..what is going on with me
