I Was Diagnosed With Celulitis Of Left Foot 3 Weeks

I was diagnosed with celulitis of left foot 3 weeks ago, and was prescribed 750 mg levaquin antibiotic for 14 days. one week later I went back to dr still had some dicomfort and swelling, was then diagnosed with phlebitis and given a script for losartan potassium 100 mg . I'm still having stiffness, ache in foot and ankle.If I've been on my legs for extesive amount of time 8- 10 hours. How longcan I expect this discomfort to last. should I follow up again with my provider?
