I Was Diagnosed With Cervical Cancer A Year Ago. But

I was diagnosed with cervical cancer a year ago. But I am stubborn and they said it was only the"signs of" so I haven't went since. But now I had sex and felt like almost a popping noise then started to bleed. Im wondering is that signs of cancer or something else?
