I Was Diagnosed With Chlamydia Almost A Month Ago I

I was diagnosed with chlamydia almost a month ago I was prescribed three red pills and it seems that it went away but after my monthly I noticed similar discharge but nothing major so I started have sex again after I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend the discharge seemed to get heavier so now I'm taking doxycycline and I'm still having heavy discharge what could that mean??
