I was diagnosed with chlamydia and bacterial vaginitis. I was given one dose of Azithromycin to treat the chlamydia and metronidazole for the bacterial vaginitis (5 applicators for 5 days). I missed one day of the metronidazole and had sex with a condom more than a week after taking the Azithromycin. I used the normal dosage at bedtime the next day. Will this affect my treatment?
