I Was Diagnosed With Chlymadia Some Weeks Ago By Before

I was diagnosed with chlymadia some weeks ago by before the diagnosis i noticed some bumps that were painful on my vulva thats why i was ordered to do a vaginal swab and it came back posiyive for chlymadia i also tested for herpes but it was negative my partner does not have the infection and the bacteria found from the swab when i was diagnosed was streptococcus spp could I have been misdiagnosed
