I Was Diagnosed With Cirrhosis Of The Liver Stage 3/4..

I was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver stage 3/4.. 8 years ago... I have been having pain on my right side abdomen some on my left side and have diarrhea... last wk my stool was black..and at one time it was green... am I in the last stages do you think I should go and see my doctor now...
