I Was Diagnosed With Diabetes 2 Yrs Ago, High BP

I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 yrs ago, high BP 18 yrs. and 8 mos. ago abdominal aortic aneurysm. Started having spams in feet 3 weeks ago escalated up to legs now in tight. The spasm are in both legs.
Are the spams related to my diagnoses or should I see a neurologist?
