I Was Diagnosed With Diverticulosis 3 Years Ago! Since Moving

I was diagnosed with diverticulosis 3 years ago! Since moving to Florida I have experienced about 4 episodes of a painful abdomen. After eating I constantly belch. Is there something that I should not be eating or things I should be eating? I've experienced just 2 days ago, dizziness, claminess, breaking out in sweats and almost fainting. What should I do?
