I Was Diagnosed With Endometriosis A Few Years Ago. I've

I was diagnosed with endometriosis a few years ago. I've started having some VERY painful symptoms. I get what I can only describe as like an electrical shock pain. Like a lightening bolt from my vaginal to my an us sometimes my entire genital area in general. The mob of pain that will take your breath. This last for only a few seconds but happens probably 10-15 times in a half hour. So this morning I finally got a mirror to see if I could see an obvious cause for this. What I found is a patch of black spots. Not on top of the skin like a mole would be but more like it is "in" the tissue itself. Could this be endometriosis in that area? It is just inside the vaginal opening at the back (part closest to my anus). This pain is absolutely the worst pain of my life. I'd choose childbirth any day all day long.
