I was diagnosed with epigastric pain with IBSand a sour stomach because of a slow sluggish bowel syndrome. I also have bowel spasms Can epigastric get worse in 4 months Some days I can hardly stand the upset stomach it hurts so bad one night the pain hurt so bad i got 2 hrs of sleep I have every prescription known to man
