I Was Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia Over 10 Years Ago, I

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia over 10 years ago, I have been on 100mg ms contin twice a day and 4 10mg/325 percet and have been on these meds plus my anxiety medication for over five years now. I only get approximately three hours of sleep a night and due to the fibro i can't work. I was wondering if you know of any better pain medication or something to help me sleep that my doctor and I haven't thought about?
