I Was Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia Several Years Ago. The Pain

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia several years ago. The pain seemed to go away but now I believe that it has returned. I have extreme pain in my feet, knees and wrists and fingers. However, I also have osteoarthritis , how can one differ from the two. The medication that I am taking for my arthritis does not relieve the pain anymore.
