I Was Diagnosed With Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Over 4 Years

I was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis over 4 years ago, also bronchiaecstasis. I am not on oxygen but take a high standard dose of Esbriet (perfinidone). I am almost 78 years old. I had the first shingles vaccine after I turned 65. Have never had shingles but chicken pox as a child.
