I Was Diagnosed With Lymphoma NH A Few Weeks Ago,

I was diagnosed with lymphoma NH a few weeks ago, I was to the er for severe side pain. My inr level ewas only one (I am on blood thinners) nothing was working, they sent me home. I've not been okay since. The pain is now in my chest area I'm spitting up everything and I'm extremely weak. I Can't afford to go if the er will just discharge me again. Something is NOT OK. WHAT DO I DO
