I Was Diagnosed With Morphea On My Left Thigh In

I was diagnosed with morphea on my left thigh in 2012. My MD gave me steroid injections that finally helped. Now, I have a large white round patch on the side of my nose that appears slightly elevated. My husband laughs and thinks it's funny but I'm very upset and depressed. I also have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, vitamin D deficiency, anemia, and also was born with tetralogy of Fallot - congenital heart anamology. I feel like I'm just trying to burn out out fires with my body. What can I do to manage this morphea so I don't have disfigurement on my face? Do any of my above diagnosis have a correlation with Morphea? Does any diets help like the gluten free I've read about for autoimmune disorders really make a difference?
