I Was Diagnosed With My Left Leg (DVT/PE, 3 Months

I was diagnosed with my left leg (DVT/PE, 3 months ago. Since then my PE in lungs are cleared.
However, the doctor said that my DVT Is chronic because of the extense of them (numerous blood clots) left leg.
MY PAIN IS SO SEVERE, NOT EVEN PAIN MEDICATION CAN CONTROL IT.
ANY IDEAS OF WHAT CAN HELP ME?
I'm currently taking Xeralto for my DVT, am also icing it and keeping it elevated.
