I Was Diagnosed With Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma 5 Years Ago. I

I was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma 5 years ago. I have had no symptoms, but lately the lymphnodes on the right side of my neck have become swollen and over the last 2 weeks my right breast has become red. Could this be inflammatory breast cancer?
